Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Counter staff were quite helpful.

No bedsheets provided for bunker beds in family suite. Mechanical parking lots not so convenient if you need to drive out.

No bath towels given, when we asked about it they advised us to use the small hand towels instead for our shower. We pressed about the bath towels repeatedly until they gave in which was quite weird as those are supposed to be a basic thing?

Room had good view of Mt Hallasan. Nice mix of local and western food for breakfast

Design of shower room is flawed, water drips all over the floor everytime we take a bath. Will be good to have another mirror installed outside of the bathroom; currently only 1 mirror which is inside the bathroom.

Meaningful stay with not so meaningful comfort

We liked the room. It was clean spacious

We requested for Fan and staff refused to provide. Buffet breakfast item names were only written in Korean or not written at all..this really restricted our consumption as there was no one who could speak a bit English.

Overall, the room is comfortable. Specially bed and bed sheets were clean. Restaurant had buffet with good options, and delicious

Chair/table were old, had many scratches. Toothbrush/paste were not provided, had to buy separately. No free breakfast

The location is amazing, right by a bus stop that takes you straight to the main bus terminal. Incredibly convenient if you want to catch your flight, less than ten minutes.

AC didn’t work or kept shutting off also no wifi which was annoying but I had data so not as much of a hurdle. The breakfast was decent.

location was very central so it was good for taxis and so cheap to get places!. it was also near a shopping area which was great. there were many cafes around that were lovely to sit in on hot days.

not pleasant. will find other place to stay

near to bus stop

the staff. very rude and lied to us. we asked for their help on booking taxis to the airport as we have a lot of luggages. they said they dont have that kind of service of which we asked if they can call the taxi company for us since the taxi company cannot speak english and we cannot speak korean. the staff then said the booking was made for 7am. next day 7am, we went to the reception and the staff said no booking made. the tone and and gesture was rude also.
